Hello, my name is Vicki Skiff and I am the President this year for Best Buddies. I will be graduating in May of 2019 with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I plan on continuing my education in Occupational Therapy and hope to one day work with children who have IDD. I have been a part of Best Buddies since my freshman year of college and have been on the leadership team for the past three years. This organization has given me so much in my small amount of time at Tech, and I can't imagine my life without Best Buddies. I'm thoroughly looking forward to this upcoming school year and for all the memories that will be made.

My name is Micah Nehring and I am a senior from Waco, Texas. I will graduate in August of 2018 with my Business Management degree. Then I will attend nursing school before going on to pursue a Master's in Nursing. I have been a member of Best Buddies all 4 years here at Texas Tech and been Vice President for 3 of those. This organization is by far my favorite commitment in college. I cannot imagine my life without this organization or my buddy. I look forward to continuing to watch it grow.
Grace Johnson

Hello! My name is Grace Johnson and I am the secretary for Best Buddies. I can’t wait to see what this year holds for Best Buddies. I am 21 and now a senior here at Texas Tech. When not at school I live in Houston, Texas. I have two older brothers, one who has cerebral palsy! I love to hang out with friends, travel and swim. I also love cats and dogs. I am studying Kinesiology and I am minoring in Psychology. After graduating with my Bachelor’s I plan to go to Occupational Therapy School. I have wanted to become an occupational therapist for a very long time and can’t wait to fulfill this dream. I was a gymnast for 12 years, I am related to Mark Twain and I have donated my hair (three times) to people who have lost their hair due to illness.

Hello everyone! My name is Christina Woods but I also go by Christa. I am the Historian this year for Best Buddies! I really enjoy helping others and putting people before myself. I am a Junior here at Texas Tech and my major is Kinesiology. With this major I will be an Occupational Therapist which has been a dream of mine forever. I also really LOVE animals. I have two dogs and two cats who live with my mom and I in my hometown of Plano,Texas when I am not at school. I enjoy hanging out with friends, eating food, and going to the movies.

My name is Brittney Kinikin, but I am soon to be Brittney Riley as of June 16th, 2018. I graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelors in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences, and I will be a first year in the Doctorate of Audiology program at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center.
I have been in Best Buddies for a little over a year, and it has been such an added blessing to my life. I am so happy to have the opportunity to be apart of such an amazing organization.

My name is Nykia Barton, but most people call me Kia! I'm a Political Science Major with a concentration in International Relations and a double minor in German and Sociology, and I intend to graduate in May of 2019!! I have been in Best Buddies since 2015, and I have loved every moment of it! I love getting to see people create long lasting and meaningful friendship and I am excited to be an event coordinator this year!

Hello, I am Joshua Harwell I am a senior at Texas Tech studying Animal Science with a concentration in Pre Veterinarian Science. I like being outdoors and being active. Some of my hobbies include snowboarding and mountain biking while I also like fishing a lot. I am the outreach coordinator for best buddies and like to talk so I can't wait to meet all the new members!
